Hi, Tammy.

We are indeed still ordering from Foodzie, and I really like their new format. They now offer several different types of monthly tasting boxes that you can choose with your subscription, versus everyone receiving the same tasting box each month.

You can also purchase discounted featured items from previous tasting boxes, individually, in their marketplace.

It is definitely a clever way to learn about new products and taste new things. :-)

LOL. Vicki said to tell you that instead of melding, the ingredients "create a delicious union." I think your husband would enjoy this, given that he really enjoys fresh cranberries.

I don't know about using pumpkin in the shortbread cookies. I think it would change the overall texture of the cookie and make it more cake-like, but it would probably taste good.

I love the description and picture of the food processor. Not to keen on that word meld though... Either way, when it comes to making it, do you just put it all in raw or do you need to cook the cranberries like you do for cranberry sauce? Can't wait to make it as my hubby LOVES cranberries. Any pumpkin fun in the rise? I am thinking of doing a variation on a orange chocolate chip shortbread cookie using pumpkin stead of orange... what do you think? Ever make a pumpkin cookie if so would love a fun recipe, otherwise I do have a great low sugar modification I did from a scrumptious pumpkin chocolate chip cake Ala Marty. Love reading your blog!

The honey is pretty cool, and it tastes amazing! I wish I knew where more of my food comes from. There is a pretty serious disconect between food producers and consumers, and I think Honey Pax is taking steps in the right direction to bridge this gap.

Interesting idea, love the support for small business owners - Shared it with Amy in case it could be something business can get in with. Love to see creative ideas with macadamia nuts. Last great one I had was on my honeymoon - macadamia nut pancakes mmmm with light coconut syrup and I am not a syrup person. Anyway, Like Shannon said above, when I have disposable income it would be something of interest. Thanks for sharing.

Love the idea behind the honey! How cool is that? Also, I really want to try some of the rosemary shortbread! When I have disposable income again, I'll look into subscribing to this.
